What should we wear?

The camera loves colour! I recommend clients to dress in similar colour tones and avoid matching too much. The whole family in identical white shirts and jeans will look like you just stepped out of the 80's! Instead be yourselves and wear clothing that works with your session. As a general rule I recommend a smart/casual theme and to avoid large logos as these can date pictures quickly.

Are you insured?

I am equipped with full public liability, professional imdenity and kit insurance. Just ask if you wish to see my documents.

Do you carry back-up equipment?

I'm always prepared for the worst! I make sure I have a back-up at every shoot, not just weddings, just incase something was to go wrong.

Can we have a studio shoot?

I offer on location photo shoots as I feel this is the best way to capture the esscence of who you and your family are. Locations offer endless options for backdrops and make for dynamic sessions. Therefore, I do not carry a studio set-up as its just not my style! I'm sure I can put you in touch with someone who does studio work however, just get in touch.

Do we have to have an engagement shoot?

Engagement sessions are like ice-breakers. It's a great opportunity to get comfortable with the camera before your big day, plus you get to test drive me! I find them really important just so we get to know each other a bit more. All my wedding packages include engagement sessions for this reason, they're complimentary to each and every couple.
